We also equip coaches with the tools and resources they need to deliver high-quality training experiences. In addition, we sell training programs online and offer consultations to help individuals find the best path for their fitness journey.

Big Brain Training Studios is not a public gym — it’s a private training facility designed primarily for coaches. Our focus is on helping coaches grow their craft by giving them a dedicated space to train clients and by reinvesting back into them financially, professionally, and educationally.

As a non-profit, the money we make is directed toward three main areas: supporting charities, reinvesting in our coaches, and covering the essential costs of running the facility.

Yes, the facility is open to both men and women. We maintain full privacy and follow a strict no free-mixing policy: male coaches work with male clients, and female coaches work with female clients. This ensures a comfortable and respectful training environment for everyone.

We don’t “own” coaches — our role is simply to help connect you with the right one. If you’re looking for something specific, you can reach out to us by email, and we’ll guide you to a suitable coach. From there, the details of where and how you train are arranged directly between you and the coach. Coaches are not obligated to train clients at our facility if it’s not convenient, and they do not share profits with us if they choose to train you elsewhere.

No, our facility is not open for public training. The space is reserved specifically for coaches to train their clients, host classes, and run workshops. We’re a coach-focused studio, not a public gym, so independent training without a coach is not allowed.

No, you cannot bring your own coach to train you at the studio. All coaches who use our facility are carefully handpicked by us to ensure quality, professionalism, and alignment with our values. Allowing outside coaches would dilute the standard we maintain and the trust we build by connecting clients with vetted, high-quality coaches.

We keep our fee structure simple and fair so coaches can focus on their craft while we handle the space:

Seminars, workshops, and classes: Coaches contribute 25% of the income earned from using the facility.

Private 1-on-1 training: Coaches contribute 30% per session held in the facility.

First-time client sessions: If a coach offers a free trial session to a new client, we pay the coach for that session so they can focus fully on building the client relationship without taking a loss.

We have clear safeguards in place to prevent misuse of this policy. The option for us to pay coaches for a free first session is meant to support genuine client introductions — not to replace regular coaching work. If a coach repeatedly limits their activity to free trials, we review the situation and address it directly. This payment also comes from the profit distribution of that specific coach’s contributions, ensuring fairness across the system. Our priority is to create a fair structure that helps coaches grow their client base while protecting the integrity of the facility.

We only recommend coaches who are part of our approved network. If you’d like to be considered, you can reach out to us by email, and we’ll arrange an interview process. Through this, we assess professionalism, experience, and alignment with our values. Please don’t take it personally if you are not selected — it does not mean you are a bad coach, only that you may not fit our current expectations for the standard of coaching we aim to provide. Our goal is to ensure that every recommendation reflects the highest level of quality and trust for clients.
